Productivity.
Today was `new music' day, and to a lesser extent, `force new chapters to start on odd-numbered page' day. The latter took me effing ages to work out. I've got to stop fixating on these little things...

Worked mostly on Section 2, which introduces the system model and its notation, and then gives background results from random matrix theory and free probability theory. It's a bit ruff'n'ready, yeh. (Link to draft version is given in the links section of the right-hand-side of the page.)
Went for a ride and scouted out a few tracks in the late arvo. Simply sublime sunset over Mt William, I have to remember to take the camera next time.
I guess it's quite possible that if I was in Sydney, I'd be sinking a few frosties at the Royal right now, sharing a few unlikely anecdotes with B-Roq under the avuncular eye of Habib...

All these young kids who spend all their time sitting in front of computers with the internet permanently running have beaten me to comment time. Sort of takes the appeal out of leaving a comment in many ways. For if one is not first, why bother racing at all? Anyways, i have a number of questions:
1/ What the fuck was that pop77 thing all about? I opened the link and waited with a sliver of anticipatory drool hanging from my lip (As you had implied you would be doing), but it just appeared to be all writing. Or something. Maybe i shouldve opened in a non-work environ where i couldve looked at it a bit more. Hm.
2/When are you coming back fagface? I'm lonely, and the unlikely rag tag team of players left behind to play with here are all quick lacklustre i must say. You could call them half-players. Or maybe Halfies. Anyways, the point is im watching a lot of dvds due to a lack of stimulating activity partners. So how about you just wrap your thesis up tomorrow arvo and hop back up here for a climb on sat? Ok? Affentittenturbogiele!! :)

4/Sucked in to anyone who has read this comment to its conclusion (right about here) expecting to see anything worth reading, i got youse all!! Hehehe. In the true spirit of blog-ness I am going to write a retort to Barry rather than original post and, whats more, make it irate.
Barry! What the fuck is with the "what the fuck is all this pop 77 all about" about?!?! It is a site with great music on it. Pretty simple really! Although now I think about it, maybe the fault does lie with the original poster, if not the original post. That is to say, Mat - what the fuck is with not making Barry listen to the pop77 mixes?!?!
Gee - now I understand why blogs get filled with this sort of stuff. Writting crap to noone in particular is oddly and wonderfully distracting.
