Ugh! Double up... Ugh! Ugh!

Well yesterday was so spectacularly uneventful, and devoid of any useful contribution to either my thesis or my papers, I shall continue to regale you with moderately amusing anecdotes from last weekend. We stopped in at the wind farm just outside Ararat on the way home (on the property where Chia worked for a stretch actually), and marvelled at the size of the structures, and speculated pointlessly about their various properties. An old couple were at the viewing area also, the parachute-material tracksuit clad wifey snapping away like she was planning on using her photographs to build a scale replica in her sitting room, the old chap puffing away with an air of indifference. I remarked that the view was impressive, to which he took a thoughtful drag, exhaled even more thoughtfully, and barked out "yeh, but they're a lot bloody noisier than I would've thought". Wen and I then both dutifully looked off slightly to the left, craned our necks forward slightly, squinted, paused, and were able to faintly make out a very low frequency sound, somewhat soothing and rhythmic. In summary, cranky old people must die.

Back on the farm, we rode around on the 4-wheel motorbike, and I did some wild sudden turns in an effort to terrorize Wendy. We went yabbying with a bit of lamb fat on the end of a string, and were hauling in yabby after yabby. I didn't even get a chance to hypnotize a yabby. Our record was 4 yabby's on a single rope! I didn't really feel like ripping the poor blighters in half, mostly because I like their attitude (their standard pose is to look at you ferociously and wave their claws around aggressively, despite the 10000000:1 size difference), so we transferred them to our dam which doesn't have any in it.

We also took the 4WD out, and scoped out some climbing spots in the Grampians with the aid of the book I mentioned. It looks awesome, but lead climbing up initially would be a bit hairy.

xo.

Nice to see the pickies of the wind farm. I went "mustering" sheep (sorry, my mustering ideals are set fairly high) in a 4wd that was missing its 4wd action and had a psychopathic alcoholic 40yo called Dale swinging the wheel. We slid down the hill sideways. Much gripping of vinyl seats.

Yabbying plus actually catching yabbies, ay? For one thing and another I have not had the pleasure. It must have been fun. For me it has been just bits of line and wet meat and muddy dams. No little ferocious toopers ...

Satan Oscillate My Metallic Sonatas!! Go Palindromes!! YEA!! Glad you're having a crazy cool time blowing sheep down in ararat scrotemaster! I was sure a size queen such as yourself would've gone for more a stallion, or a bull, but maybe country life, and being out of the scene, has made you a little less discerning. Maybe. Or maybe something more sinister is afoot... ala 'invasion of the body snatchers'?!! Don't worry kids, i will email 'matt' and ask him a question only the real matt would know to ensure we are not dealing with some inferior alien copy/parasite.

Anyways, for now let us assume (perhaps unwisely) that this is the real Mr Peacock.

Good talking to you the other day btw big boy, i could almost smell the fragrant tobacco and spilt beer of the royal... and if i squinted my eyes, i swear the tree in the back garden looked a lot like habib!! Did you check out the war of the worlds part 4 and sixx mixx's on gybo? They are fucking awesome, im loving them! Um. I've gotta go and do some work unfortunately, however, i will add some spice to this blog sometime in the very near future.

Chia: yes, i did notice, i am very aroused. Embarrassingly so in fact :).

How u getting all of them? party ben's sixxmixx page just directs you to other dudes that have archived them, but then i can't seem to get the fuckers. One of the guys has the rapid share thing set up, dut that has a dl limit.. so i can only get like one mix a fucking day!! ARGH!! If you ARE getting all of them matty, u wanna burn em as mp3's for me to chuck onto the ipod? Either that, or send them to B_Roq@streamload.com (its pretty kewl, you should get an account, esp for large transfers).

Also, i'm getting the entire 2many dj's catalogue sent over from the US, they are a fuckload more prolific than i realised!

I'm just getting them from that link I posted. The first guy that has archived them is gay fag, and you can only download one a day, as you say. The other guy that has a few archived is better, but you have to register first (it's free). I've got about 7 in total now. I also saw that they come up on the p2p networks (limewire, kazaa, eckseterararaa!)

I'll check out that streamload thing. Hopefully, I'll be able to find em, fuck em, fast and free.

Nah, u misunderstand me, streamload is like a weird email thing that allows you to transfer up to 100meg of data a day. Quite convenient.

U listen to any of the sixx mixx's yet? If so, what you reckon funboy? Hard on?
